Our relationship with the Scissor Sisters began in 2007 when they sold out 5 shows at the O2 in London. Strictly FX was there with our lasers for every one of those shows. We brought with us 2 50 watt YAG lasers and 4 air-cooled 5 watt green diode lasers. (A DVD from the 2007 tour is available. It is entitled "Hurrah - A Year of Ta-Dah".)
Summer of 2010, we ran through a string of UK dates bringing two 10-watt RGB lasers and custom designed confetti "pounds." Fall 2010, Strictly FX and the Scissor Sisters worked their way through a number of U.S. tour dates but switched the colored lasers out with two 30-watt RGBY lasers. And the "pounds" confetti changed currency to "dollars."
Spring of 2011, our lasers and confetti continued the dancing for a string of festival dates with the Scissor Sisters including Coachella and Bonnaroo. And Summer 2011 included stops throughout Europe.
